The new single 'Dante' is out now. The is song taken from the next upcoming release which is due early next year with another national tour to follow.

Below are some of Wolfey's thoughts and ispirations about 'Dante' and details about the recording process.

'Dante'

The song explores the feeling of being numb to the world and its offerings through unfortunate circumstance - loss of love and hope - as the mythological journey of the hero's return. (Dantes Inferno meets Count of Monte Cristo).

"Evoked by the muse of empathy, the music of Dante came first. It came as a release of feelings from the heaviness and depth experienced in the classic mythological tale of Count of Monte Cristo. Delicate, unfolding, firm and introspective. Extreme loss, to the deepest of despair, to the hidden fires of courage, the charcter in the film is paced through extreme aspects of the human condition. The un-doing of all things, the plight in passion, of living and dancing with our lot, then resolve and wisdom for the next.

In the same week as watching the old film, a close friend was diagnosed with a terminal illness. The exchange of words through our eyes, in a glance that seemed like peering into the chasm of eternity, as said friend lay in hospital, touched and merged ever so delicately with that despair and courage experienced in the film. The emotional weight and due r\elease, the hindsight musings and the 'undoings', the magical mixed with the trivial. Our own classical struggles and triumphs are shared in the movies of many, with all whom we meet, cast in a perfect role - real time movies at its best." Eli Wolfe

dante - lyrics Turn my heart around, I need... you now, like I never did...
ratify my love, revealing eyes... nothing to be said...
turn my heart around, turn my heart around...

When the lights went down on love I can't escape the feelings...
I've come undone and there's nothing I can do to change a thing...
and I've justified as righteous everything that I have done...
but I can't escape the feeling that my love has come undone...

The virtures I have known, leave me now...like I never did...
and I have run a-ground...turn my heart around...

When the lights went down on love I can't escape the feelings...
I've come undone and there's nothing I can do to change a thing...
and I've justified as righteous everything that I have done...
but I can't escape the feeling that my love has come undone...
